Talia’s mission with Healer Collective Agency is to uplift social impact businesses and support greater human potential on a large scale. Talia is an advisor at the non-profit climate change solution platform, Grounded.org. She is a founding partner at Mushroom Design, a mushroom biotech and adaptogen company. Talia is a passionate advocate of the earth, personal development & healing – with practices of daily meditation and studies in both western and eastern shamanism, these practices have transformed her life over the last ten years.

A veteran of the service sector as Vice President and Operations Director of a specialized insurance agency, Ashley has left behind the corporate world of software integrations, high-level management, on-the-ground procedure, and customer relations to shift to the things that make her heart sing while still utilizing her operational talents: soulful strategy and conscious implementation. Her passion is in the details: she takes care of them, so healers and clients don’t have to. With a background in yoga study, writing, and painting, she values higher purpose: she grounds her clients, projects, and businesses with individualized processes and strategies that maintain the professional rigor and planning necessary to thrive, but that don’t leave out the heart and soul. Her mission is to enable clients to share their gifts with the world in the most impactful manner possible while ensuring proper representation and a smooth flow of business.
Jennie Coulter
Design & Creative Strategist
Otherwise known as the ‘Make-It-Happen-Mamita’, Jennie does everything under the sky you can list that involves website design, scheduling, graphic work and administrative tasks. Jennie has a Bachelor of Science in Communications coupled with Certifications in Digital Marketing and Instructional Design. She lives for connection, relationship building and women empowerment.
When she’s not busy with client work in her home office, you can find Jennie barefoot in the grass, while chasing around her toddler, Labrador named Beau, and teenager in exuberant laughter.
Jennie loves deep and loves hard- the love for the work she does, mother earth, her clients and her family is infinite and it shows!
